The Botterill Family have been farming on the Belvoir Estate for 70 years in the small village of Croxton Kerrial. They produce the best of the best in the poultry world just 20 minutes from our Claypole Shop.
The turkeys are all bronze birds from Kelly turkeys and arrive in early June. As with the geese when they are feathered they are let them out at the beginning of August. They roam the rolling hills of the Belvoir Estate with a rather wonderful view of Belvoir Castle.
All weights include Giblets, individually boxed
