Our masterclasses will teach you an array of modern and traditional butchery methods at the highest standard. Classes are relaxed and you are encouraged to ask questions to expand your knowledge.
All the meat you prepare during the day is yours to take home. You will also receive an F Doncaster Masterclass apron, F Doncaster hessian bag and boning knife!
